To make your living room warm and cozy for both your family and visitors, remember the basics. There has to be proportional set-up of the living room furnitures. When a person walks in the room, a living room can entail what type of atmosphere it gives off, but as always; a traditional living room always has its décor that commensurates each other. A sofa is always in between two side-tables with lamps on top of each. A center table with flowers in a decorated flower vase is always a familiar view. The television would have to be infront of these furniture if a living room also serves as a family room for the homeowner.
No matter, traditional living room arrangements are now mixed with modern fabrics, colors and objects. Always keep it together though. It sill matters more if you have all the objects in the room functional and harmonious with one another.
